Mid-Westchester Medical Associates needed an IT partner to assist them with a large scale, IT intensive project.  They were merging with a 2nd office, implementing a paperless charting system, changing their practice management system, replacing their computer hardware, and undergoing construction in their primary facility - all within a 6 month timeframe.  They needed IT support, medical expertise and a project management partner that could foresee and help avoid potential problems.
