Thomas A Telesca, CEO Tom Telesca is CEO and co-owner of Professional Data Systems, Inc. (PDS). His entrepreneurial drive, strategic direction, and operational expertise cultivated PDS’ substantial growth since its inception in 1997. As CEO, Tom oversees all operations, human resources, and finance functions. Additionally, he frequently consults with medical practices to ensure that the best technology solutions are delivered to meet their needs. Tom’s business background includes international and domestic business development at Linkshare, and with Procter & Gamble as a lead engineer responsible for technical staff and charged with delivering improved efficiency of manufacturing operations. Tom holds an MBA in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, and is a graduate from Cornell University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. |

John F Mortell, President Jack Mortell is President and founder of Professional Data Systems, Inc. Jack’s responsibilities at PDS include Business Development & Client Service Management, and new Technology Solutions. Additionally, he oversees all sales and marketing activities for Proven Backup, Inc., an online, healthcare specific, backup service. Jack is a seasoned information technology professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in medical practice management technology and progressive electronic data storage solutions. His industry expertise and engaging client relationship skills have earned PDS trust among clients and partners. Prior to PDS, Jack held the position of Regional Sales Manager for G Barry & Associates where he was responsible for selling their PMS software and overall management of the Northeast territory. Jack graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Political Science. |

Susan Telesca, Vice President As Vice President, Susan Telesca directs the marketing, finance and human resources divisions of Professional Data Systems. Susan brings 20 years of business, technical management and operations expertise to the PDS management team. She holds an MBA in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Virginia and has previously held key Operations Management positions at Procter & Gamble, Pricieline.com and Pepsi Bottling Group. Her key accomplishments in these large corporations include supply chain management implementations for P&G and operations technology streamlining at Pepsi. |

Christopher Dutra, Vice President of Sales Chris Dutra joined PDS in 2010 and is responsible for business development, partnerships and institutional sales. Prior to PDS, Chris was a founder and VP of Sales at Digiscribe, a document management company in Elmsford, NY where he grew the company sales revenue from $0 to several million. Chris graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. |
